Players can register for the tournament through the following official channels:
The tournament is open to all amateur players holding an RFEG federation licence.
Players with a foreign licence must prove their handicap with an official certificate issued by their national federation, or with the World Handicap record from their activity sheet issued by their national federation showing the last 20 official rounds.
The final list will be published on the club website on 29 October 2026 from 15:00.
The entry fee is €115 (green fee with shared buggy) and is paid at the time of registration via the website.
Registered players may practise on 30 October, subject to booking a tee time and availability at the club, at a price of €70 with shared buggy.
Players who cannot attend must withdraw before registration closes and will receive a 100% refund of the entry fee.
Players who do not show up at their tee time or who withdraw after registration has closed will not receive a refund.
Players who wish to withdraw must send an email to direcciondeportiva@golfdelsur.es.
Tee times will be published on the club website on 30 October 2026.
Shotgun start at 9:00.
The tournament will be played in accordance with the RFEG Rules of Golf and the Local Rules issued by the Tournament Committee.

The Tournament Committee will decide on all matters concerning the organisation and the interpretation of these competition conditions.
In the event of a tie, it will be decided by the lowest playing handicap in the category for the Handicap classification and by the highest playing handicap in the category for the Scratch classification.
If the tie persists, the last 9, 6 and 3 holes will be used.
The prize giving will take place at the club after the tournament.
It will be followed by a prize raffle and a cocktail for all participants and their companions.
